Further research development - Bella

For our new idea Vanessa suggested we use the "escapism" theme to our advantage and have travel decor (i.e: maps, planes, landmarks etc...). This would be advancing on the idea of freedom and experiencing a moment with someone else wherever the customer would want to temporarily be.


We could also use the gems to either represent the landmarks (i.e: green candy gem stones represent Australia), OR the customer could eat these and each packaging contains gems and their healing abilities as well as information on sugar in take and what is the correct amount.

Escapism is defined as: 'the tendency to seek distraction and relief from unpleasant realities, especially by seeking entertainment or engaging in fantasy'.
This is what we would like to provide for the customer!

Furthermore, we had the concept of having these packages in little suitcases, but this will be a little difficult to create as we have lots of candy to sell and it all has to be packaged as open food cannot be out in the hall.
Other possible packaging could be drawstring bags which is easier to carry in our own suitcase, as well as easy to make and can be kept for the foreseeable future when all the product is eaten. Gems are often delivered in drawstring bags which is also consistent with the theme!
