Homework Assignment - Bella

For our assignment, we had to come up with three ideas for a possible marketing idea. The idea I wanted to expand on is the stress on university students, and a healthy creative way to relieve stress.
What we originally thought up was a large piece of paper taped on the wall and students come up to draw on it (this would be the experience), and then they take away a small book with some pages blank and other pages with outlines for them to color in for when they got stressed and needed a convenient relief which was already in their bag (which would be the item).
This was based off of the idea for adult coloring in books to relieve stress and anxiety for stressed adults.

Commonly the drawings are quite detailed to take up more time and focus in order to occupy the artist.
Some steps for relieving stress is:
1. Take a deep breath. 
2. Accept that you’re anxious.  
3. Realize that your brain is playing tricks on you. 
4. Question your thoughts.
 5. Use a calming visualization.
 6. Be an observer — without judgment 
7. Use positive self-talk
 8. Focus on right now
 9. Focus on meaningful activities
